Warranty Policy

All of our controllers are made of the highest quality but if you should somehow get a defective controller don't worry, you are covered. We offer a 90 day warranty standard on any controller we make. This warranty covers the innner workings of the controller for instance things such as a malfunction in the mod or a burnt out LED. We do not cover damaged items due to water, impact, neglect, wear, etc. (removing seal will void warranty) We also do not cover any controllers sent in for a Send-In-Service due to the fact that we can not determine the life of the controller or previous damge done to the controller. If you have any questions please e-mail us and we will address them immediately as your satisfaction is our number one priority.

Return Policy

We offer a 5 day return policy if you are not fully satisfied with our product(This Does Not Any Controller with Custom Names, Logos or Clan Emblems Which Are Non-Returnable). Returns will be granted at the sole discretion of KwikBoy Modz. Controllers exhibiting any use, abuse or wear WILL NOT be accepted for return. All orders will incur a 20% Restocking Fee and Shipping costs. If an order is cancelled after it has been placed (But before you receive it) and work on your Custom Controller has already been started, your refunded amount will be15% less the original cost (To cover fees) and any lost parts or labor incurred by KwikBoy Modz.

-Under NO circumstances will we accept returns because product is not "AS PICTURED". Each order is unique, and we have over 200+ options and combinations for your controller, it is not our responsibility to add anything you do not select and pay for.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world!
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

- All of our controllers are made to order so please allow up to 2 weeks for your controller to ship (although most controllers ship within 1-2 business days) and up to 4 weeks for personalized controllers such as Gamertag or Glow In The Dark options.

Shipping For Send In Services

What to do after selecting a Send In service. Once checkout of the Send In service of your choice is complete you will then have to ship your controller to us. To do this you may ship your controller to KwikBoy Modz with any carrier of your choice. You Must send your controller to:

Shipping For Our Glow In The Dark Finish and Gamertag Option

The glow in the dark controller and gamertag option our both a special order option. If either option is chosen, your controller may take up to 4 weeks to ship due to the fact is has to be custom painted with either a special paint or with your personal gamertag. This process takes time to ensure the highest quality product and we appreceiate your patience. Shipping for Rechargeable Batteries

If you select a matching rechargeable battery pack option we may ship your controller out to you ahead of time while your battery pack is being painted as this is considered a special order item.
