I purchased this controller as a christmas present for my DBZ obsessed boyfriend. It looks great and is so pretty! I'm still waiting for him to open it and use it to see how well it works, but the paint job is perfect! I purchased this after their deadline to arrive by Christmas, but they still managed to get it here just in time and I could not be more appreciative. Customer Service was awesome and responded so quickly to questions! This was really the only nice gift I could afford to buy my boyfriend this year and I was so bummed I had missed the deadline, but it was my fault for waiting so long. The fact that they still worked their butts off to get it here by Christmas really made my week. I will be purchasing from them again in the future for other gifts.
The experience purchasing this product was good, they were highly responsive to my questions and answered them in less than a day. The controller shipped a little later than I had hoped but not by much. Overall good experience, would buy from here again..
